Terms, without the fine print.
Last updated: July 2026
These are the working terms for WorldStage website projects. We keep them as honest as our pricing.
The service
WorldStage designs and builds websites for a one-time, flat fee, per the plan you select (Starter, Standard or Premium). Each plan's inclusions are listed on our Services page. The optional Care Plan ($39.99/month) covers hosting, updates, backups and minor edits, and can be cancelled anytime.
Ownership
When your project is paid in full, the website is yours — design, code and content. If you ever leave the Care Plan, we hand over everything needed to host it elsewhere.
Your content
You confirm that the photos, logos and text you provide are yours to use. We're not responsible for third-party claims arising from materials you supply.
Revisions & timelines
Each plan includes the revision rounds listed on the Services page. Timelines (typically one to three weeks) start when we receive your content and are estimates, not guarantees — though we hit them nearly every time.
Payments & refunds
Projects begin with payment. If we haven't started design work yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once design work has begun, fees are non-refundable — but we'll always work with you until the site matches what your plan promises.
Liability
We build carefully, but no website is guaranteed to be error-free or perpetually available. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.
