Common questions
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for the design and build, and the website is yours. The only recurring costs are your domain (~$15/year) and hosting — which we handle for you in the Care Plan, or help you set up on your own account if you prefer.
How long does it take?
Starter sites usually launch within one week, Standard within two, and Premium within two to three — counted from the day we have your photos and business details.
What if I don't have photos or a logo?
We work with what you have. Phone photos can go a long way with good editing, and we can design a simple, clean logo as part of any plan for a small add-on.
Can I update the site myself?
Most of our clients prefer never to touch it — that's what the Care Plan is for. But if you want control, we'll show you how to make simple changes, and everything we build is yours.
Do you work with businesses outside Fairfield County?
Our focus is Fairfield County because we like meeting our clients in person — but if you're nearby in Litchfield or New Haven County, ask. We won't say no to a good neighbor.
