The business
Portofino Restaurant & Pizzeria has served New Fairfield classic Italian dining and pizza since 1991. Three decades of regulars, family dinners and Friday-night pies — a genuine neighborhood institution.
The problem
The menu lived as photos and PDFs that were painful to read on a phone. Hours and the phone number took real digging to find. For a restaurant, that's dinner lost to whoever shows up first on Google.
What we built
We designed a warm, classic site in trattoria red and cream: the full menu rebuilt as fast, searchable HTML with category navigation, hours and directions one tap away, and click-to-call everywhere it matters. The story section honors thirty years of history — Est. 1991 worn like a badge.
